Maybe expanding on the story would help instead of just taking a picture....

Its kind of pointless to put up a photo with no explanation of it. Especially on a news site.

Well, whats so interesting about this pic?
Anyone can take a pic and put it up in a site.
This is a news website and you need to give a description to the pic. Not just uploading it.

This was a day when all autorickshaw services in Manipal were at a standstill because all the drivers had their annual meeting. Transport was badly affected for the day but there was not much to it.
