He used ample examples from real life to put across his views. Citing US President Barack Obama as an example of a perfect executor, he said, “By carrying out a secret operation with his team, and killing Osama, has made him a role model for others and if you are focussed, no one can stop you.”
Later he had a word of advice for his young audience stating, “In this era of fierce competition, people will step on your shoulders and go up the ladder but it is in such situations that one must not resort to unethical means and not be tempted.” Jani, an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management- Ahmedabad (IIM-A) revealed his passion for acting explaining the biggest passion of his life.
Ajay Kumar, a first year, PGPU student, said, “Lectures like these are good opportunities for young minds like us to learn and inculcate within us the recipe of an ideal leader, which is surely not something we can learn within the four walls of the classroom.”
TAPMI introduced a series of lectures based on leadership after the institute completed 25 years in 2009 as part of its silver jubilee celebrations by inviting eminent personalities for addressing the young prospective managers of TAPMI on matters of contemporary nature and to inspire them to take leadership roles in the quest for building a great Nation.
